Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Northwest Pro4 Alliance has been working hard for the last five months to make the 2008 Summer of Excitement Series the best race program in the history of four-cylinder late model racing.
Our goal was to have a strong list of sponsors, topped off with a series sponsor. Well, we currently have the best line-up of contingency sponsors to date, and we have a couple of event sponsors, but we were unsuccessful in our attempts to land a series sponsor.
The lack of a series sponsor is not because of a lack of effort. We have talked to several companies and submitted many proposals, but we just haven’t hit that "right place at the right time" deal.
We are proud to have presented the entire 2007 Tri-Track Shootout Series last season at no cost to the race teams, outside of the usual track expenses like pit passes. But in 2008, we must ask that all teams planning to participate in the 2008 Summer of Excitement Series complete a registration form and submit a
one-time only registration fee of $25.00 (made payable to the Northwest Pro4 Alliance).Registration will secure your car number and insure that you are eligible for championship points, all contingency awards, and sponsor discounts provided to our members.
We hope you understand that this single $25.00 registration fee will serve to provide our program with two year’s worth of sponsorship awards, and will continue to help us in the future to pursue additional sponsorship opportunities and enhance current sponsor relationships that will grow with us in the future. Take a look, and you will notice that our list of sponsors has grown, and the qualitiy products these sponsors provide are second to none.
Please take the time to review our sponsor list. This, alone, will show you that your registration fee is working for YOU! We know that people are frequently asked to put their money up front first, and then just wait and hope for a decent return on their investment. But in this case, the dividends for 2007 have already been delivered, and you can already see what’s in store for 2008 … and this is just the beginning!
